Important Information Regarding Preview and Parking

Staff will be available to handle telephone and email condition report requests from December 10 through December 12 in order to help clients (a) complete preview inspections and evaluations and (b) arrange for absentee or phone bidding
by the day prior to the auction. We invite you to call for further information or clarification.
Pre-Registration
Those who elect to preview the sale in person during our extended preview period may (1) pre-register and be assigned a bidding number in advance for use at the auction and (2) arrange for reserved seating in the auction room. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this convenience in order to minimize delays in registering the morning of the sale and also to guarantee seating in the auction room on auction day.
Parking
Parking for previews and the day of the auction will be next door to our showroom at 40 Main St. North, Woodbury. Access to our auction barn from the parking lot is through a double gate in the fence between our location and the adjacent lot to the South. Also, as an additional convenience for our patrons, we have included a customized map showing the precise location of the auction parking lot and a dotted brown line indicating the preferred route to the auction via the access gate. Please take a few moments to review the map at your convenience prior to arriving at the auction.
Access to 50 Main Street North Driveway
Please note that the driveway to our location at 50 Main Street North will be closed to traffic on auction day. Access will be available only to pick up merchandise purchased at the auction, and then only by presenting your paid invoice issued by our accounting staff at check out. There may be some delays in access after check out, due to traffic flow constraints, but we will do our best to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Food Service
We are providing complimentary sandwiches and beverages the day of the auction.
Sanitation
A sanitary portable toilet facility will be available on premises during previews and the auction.
