Buyer’s premium for telephone bids is 24%, no discounts offered.
Telephone bids are accepted only from bidders located within the USA.
All phone bids start at the higher of $500 or one-half the low estimate in our posted catalogs. The required phone bid will be entered as an absentee bid.
Telephone bidders must register on one of the posted Internet bidding platforms to display prior bidding history.
Bank credit inquiries or other methods of independent credit verification may be required as a condition to approval to bid by phone.

The undersigned acknowledges and accepts Terms and Conditions as posted on website or as appears in the catalog.
A photocopy of a current driver’s license and a valid credit card are required for all bids, no exceptions.
Please scan and email those copies to admin@woodburyauction.com at least 24 hours before the auction or your phone bid will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions in executing phone bids, which are accepted only as a convenience to bidders.
Telephone bids may require a deposit, in the sole discretion of the auctioneer. Deposits may be made by credit card.
